Three stages of candidate selection:

  • Stage 1

    We analyze your application, CV and cover letter. If your application fits our current needs, then...

  • Stage 2 will be invited to a personal meeting or mail contact with your future employer. You may be asked to do some tests, depending on what post you applied for. During trial cooperation you will have a chance to ask questions about the company and your future job, and we will get to know you and learn a bit more about your professional experience, qualifications, motivation and expectations.

  • Stage 3

    After the selection process is over, you will be informed about the final decision. If it's affirmative, we will meet you to discuss terms of employment and sign employment contract or partner cooperation.
