We will gladly share our experience in sandwich panel system constructions. Sandwich panel systems are divided according to the core used in the system:

  • polyisocyanurate cored panels
  • polyurethane cored panels
  • mineral wool cored panels

REDCOMoffers the following panels::

Polyisocyanurate cored sandwich panel, which is a very popular insulating material. Its main advantage is low price which is directly proportional to applied poyisocyanurate insulation of minimal density of 15 kg/m3. The panel is made by sticking two claddings (typically made of prepainted steel plate) onto a polyisocyanurate core using a polyurethane glue. Such panels are used for roof and wall cladding of industrial depots, agricultural buildings, stores and freezers. Please contact us. for a quotation.

  • Typical thickness: 50, 60, 75, 100,125, 150, 200, 250 mm
  • Covering width: 1150 mm, 1200 mm
  • Length: from 1000 to 16 000 mm
  • Colour palette: full spectrum of RAL colours
  • Cladding: steel plate coated with 25 micron polyester

Polyurethane cored sandwich panel maintains the best isolating parameters. Such panels may have two types of polyurethane core – PUR or PIR. The main difference between a PUR and PIR panel is that PIR core shows increased resistance to fire in comparison with PUR core, due to addition of flame retardant, increase of isocyanians and lowering the amount of polyoils. PUR panels are used for: vertical and horizontal wall cladding as well as roofings in industial buildings. Equipped with an interlocking fastener, PUR panels are also used in rerigeration plants, freezers or other controlled atmosphere areas. .

  • Typical thickness: 40, 50, 60,80, 100, 120, 140, 160, 180, 200, 220 mm
  • Covering width: 1000 mm, 1080 mm, 1100 mm
  • Length: from 3000 to 16 000 mm
  • Colour palette: full spectrum of RAL colours
  • Cladding: steel plate coated with 25 micron polyester

Mineral wool cored sandwich panels are used as wall and roof elements where there is increased danger of fire, mainly in industrial buildings but also general building industry. Mineral wool panels are fireproof and they are produced in a continuous process. They consist of rigid non-flammable mineral wool cladded with an inner and outer layer.

  • Typical thickness: 60, 80, 100, 120, 140, 200 mm
