  • PUR rigid polyurethane foam of thermal conductivity coefficient
    Lambda I = 0,022W/m*K, density 40 (+,-) 3kg/m3
  • PIR rigid polyurethane foam of thermal conductivity coefficient
    Lambda I = 0,020 W/m*K, density 40 (+,-) 3kg/m3 and increased fire-retardant parameters

Load bearing capacityć

Polyurethane sandwich panels bear wind, thermal and own load.

Deflections must not be larger than 1/200 span between the panel support - taking temporary load into consideration, and 1/100 – taking long-term load into consideration. Determined according to load and span tables, they are subject to linear interpolation.

The means of joining the plates to the supporting structure and the choice of mechanical connectors should be specified in building's technical design. The load per one connector (self-drilling screw) should not exceed 130 daN.
